What data we collect
What you give us
If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the project description you write. Alongside that we store the date of the submission and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign parameters in the address (known as UTMs), which tell us which ad brought you here.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies. On our side we see your number and the messages you send us.
What is collected automatically
We use the Meta pixel to measure how our advertising performs. It records that you visited the site and whether you tapped the WhatsApp button or sent the form, along with technical browser data and an IP address. We do not store the contents of what you type into the form through the pixel.
The server also generates technical logs (date, IP address, browser) for security and diagnostics.
What we use it for
- Answering your enquiry and setting up a meeting. That is the only use of the form data.
- Measuring and improving our advertising: knowing which ads bring real enquiries, so we stop spending on the ones that do not.
- Site security and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your data.We do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use it to send you other companies' advertising.
Who it is shared with
Only with the providers needed for the site to work. Each one accesses nothing beyond what it needs:
| Who | What for | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Meta (Facebook / Instagram) | Measuring advertising performance | Browsing activity and events, via the pixel |
| Resend | Delivering the notification and confirmation emails | Name, email and enquiry |
| Exos | Storing the form submissions | They are held on our own servers |
Form submissions are stored on our own infrastructure, not with a third-party service. The only two third parties that receive data are the ones in the table, and they process it outside Argentina: by using the site you accept that transfer.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as there is a commercial relationship or an open enquiry, and for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies. We store a single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, when you pick the site language with the selector: it remembers your choice, contains no personal data and cannot be used to identify you. The Meta pixel may store identifiers in your browser to attribute visits to ads.
You can block it from your browser settings, with a tracker-blocking extension, or from your Meta ad preferences. The site works exactly the same with the pixel blocked.
Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 (Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales), you can ask us at any time to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete it, unless we are under a legal obligation to keep it.
Email us at contact@exoscode.com and we will respond within the deadlines set by law. We do not charge for this.
The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated (section 14, subsection 3 of Act No. 25,326). The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), the supervisory authority for Act No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims brought in connection with failures to comply with personal data protection rules.
Minors
The site is aimed at people representing businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you notice that it has happened, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If it changes, we update the date in the header. If the change significantly affects how we handle your data, we will let you know through whatever contact details we have.
